McNary's third Food Waste Audit was on March 23rd.
MHES's food waste team found that McNary Heights threw away 269.4 pounds of food during their March audit. Below are graphs showing how much waste was collected per food item and grade level. Their next audit will be on April 19th and will be the start of their food waste competition. The competition will be a combined total of their April 19th audit and their following audit on May 18th. At the end of both audits, the grade level that threw away the least amount of food will be awarded with fun prizes!
