We will be combining all meal delivery routes starting today 03/30. Please note students will only receive lunches when they are not in hybrid. Students who are online-only will receive them as normal. In addition, the meals will no longer be delivered on regular buses. They will be delivered by other school district vehicles. Great news! The Ready Schools Safe Learners guidance has been updated again to reflect new CDC recommendations for spacing. We will be working with our COVID team Monday to put together our updated plan. We will implement the changes 4th Quarter (April 19th) for students. Stay tuned for updates, we'll be working hard to do all we can to maximize class time and supports for students.

Attention CBMS Vikings,
If we get at least 25 7th and 8th grade students to sign up for track, we can have our first middle school sport season of the year! Parents must provide transportation to practice and events, provide proof of insurance (or purchase 'Student Accident and Sickness' Insurance-forms located at CBMS office) and get a sport's physical.
Proof of insurance and a copy of your physical must be submitted to Estella Garza at CBMS no later than March 19th.

Si conseguimos al menos 25 estudiantes de la escuela secundaria que se inscriban en la pista, podemos tener nuestra primera temporada deportiva del año en la escuela secundaria! Great work, Umatilla community! Our COVID numbers in Umatilla are dropping which means we'll add some LIPI waitlist students this week and are on track for our Hybrid opening plans. We'll continue to monitor, but if the progress continues, we'll have Hybrid students back (starting with K-2) in groups at the end of the month. We are reviewing various scenarios that include busing for Hybrid as well and will release our full updated Hybrid plans Friday, February 12th.
