Last week was National School Breakfast Week! To celebrate, FoodCorp member Lourdes showed students at MHES how to prepare a fruit salad perfect for breakfast. The fruit salad was made with apples, mandarins, bananas, granola, and yogurt! We would like to extend a special thank you to Aaron Poplack, FoodCorps State Director, Souhair Kenas, Oregon Program Coordinator, and Brendon Bassett, FoodCorps Regional Director, for visiting MHES last week!
