Our Drama Club did an AMAZING job at their performances last week! Thank you to everyone who came out and supported them!

Winter sports parent meetings for Umatilla High School will be held on November 25. The basketball meeting will take place after the Blue & Orange game, which starts at 5:00 pm. The wrestling meeting will begin at 5:00 pm.

Each month, our board room features a display of student artwork! UHS art teacher Mrs. Silver brings in pieces created by her students for everyone attending the School Board meeting to enjoy. Here’s a peek at this month’s display.

Concessions will be available at the Drama Club’s play next week! They’ll be performing “12 Angry Jurors”, a play in three acts by Sherman L. Sergel, adapted from the television show by Reginald Rose. Check out their themed menu below. Showings are November 20–22, with concessions open from 6:30 to 7:00 pm before the play begins. Come early to grab a snack!

Each year, Umatilla High School sets up an ofrenda for Día de Muertos so students and staff can honor their loved ones. Yesterday, students had the opportunity to listen to traditional songs sung by Gabby Padilla at the ofrenda during lunch. Thank you, Gabby, for continuing this tradition with our students.
