Our students had an amazing time during their visit to The Umapine Creamery! They had the opportunity to learn about the entire cheese and milk production process, from tending to the crops grown for the cows to understanding the workings of the milking parlor and seeing a cheese-making demonstration. They even got to taste-test some delicious cheese and chocolate milk. The highlight of the trip? Petting some adorable baby cows!

Senior Spotlight! Abigail Daniel has her sights set on attending Blue Mountain Community College to continue her studies. She then plans to transfer to a four-year university to major in psychology and minor in business to become a mental health counselor. She intends to work in a private practice and hopes to eventually run her own practice in the future. – Abigail Daniel tiene la intención de asistir a Blue Mountain Community College para continuar sus estudios. Senior Spotlight! Dayami Nava is excited to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education by attending Eastern Oregon University. After completing school, she plans to become a teacher. In addition to her passion in education, she has an interest in real estate and plans to explore opportunities in that field on the side. She will graduate with her AAOT this spring from Blue Mountain Community College. – Dayami Nava está emocionada de obtener un título en Educación Infantil asistiendo a la Eastern Oregon University. He plans on working at the Good Shepherd Medical Health Center or at the County Sheriff Department. – Jose Ortiz Mendoza planea ingresar a la fuerza laboral después de graduarse.
