Save the date! The current UHS shop is moving to make space for the remodeling of the current shop to become elective classrooms for CBMS. Everything left behind will be sold at our surplus sale on June 13th from 6-8 pm. Start lifting your weights and training- all you can carry will count as an arm load. Yesterday, our McNary Heights Mustangs had a Taste Test for a potential new salad bar option during their lunch period! This month, students were introduced to a Chilean Carrot Salad. Students who tried the new recipe were rewarded with "I Tried It!" stickers.

Tonight is the first showing of Umatilla High School’s drama production of “Fast Food” by Tracy Wells. The show begins at 7:00 pm, and FCCLA will be selling concessions from 6:30 to 7:00 pm. Come early to grab a snack! Concessions will also be available before Friday and Saturday’s performances.

Summer school registrations are open! Forms are available at McNary Heights and Clara Brownell and are due by Friday, May 23rd. After that date, students will be placed on a wait list. High school students who need credit recovery can sign up in the counseling office.

Seventh and eighth grade students from Clara Brownell participated in the 2025 Pentagames Math Competition on April 25, competing with schools from across Eastern Oregon. Our 8th grade team—Miguel O., Emma A., and Daniel M.—earned 2nd place in the regional team competition, and Miguel took 1st place in the 8th grade individual category. Great job, Vikings!
